This study was launched to observe the effect of mineral-rich leafy green vegetable juices on digestion, communication skills and stereotypical behaviors of children and adults with autism.
Age range for participants is 3 - Adults.
As part of this study, the child’s caregiver (or adult with autism) will receive a pre and post questionnaire. The study will last a total of 21 days.
In general, the participant will consume a minimum of one juice a day (16 ounces or more) on an empty stomach (recommended first thing in the morning). Our protocol will provide more information and details on how to juice on a budget, transition recipes and more.
We are going to launch an online application process. There is no cost to participate. Your results will be included (anonymously) in our findings and supplemental books and programs. This protocol does not include any risk of side effects or toxicity.
If you’re child has any food allergies to fruits or vegetables, you would need to avoid juices that contain any of those ingredients during the study. As part of being chosen to participate, you will receive protocols and procedure, as well as some tutorial videos to make this process easier.
